Hailing from Istanbul, Lee (a.k.a Mr. Lover Lee) got his start as a breakbeat, hip hop, and drum n’ bass DJ, before finding his sound in electronica. Whether playing or producing, he explores a range between Minimal, deep tech, tech house and techno.
Lee has extensive professional experience as a venue music coordinator and resident DJ in Istanbul nightclubs such as Kloster, Topless, Kiki and Skandal!stanbul. He recently began working with the – label and is currently producing a Minimal EP entitled, “Friendly Fire.”
Mrloverlee also runs a hour radio show, “Blackout,” which airs every Friday on Açık Radyo / 94.9 from 00:00 – 01:00.
